Got 2005 VW Passat on on 7/13/16, that very evening while with my dealer the strut messes up, and progressively got worst through out the night.They wouldn't do anything for it the very next day! Nelson the "Manager said what do i expect for a 11 year old. I expect for a $7000 car not to need something fix the very next day. Like many people, I paid a lot of money to get my car from Transitowne and received "free oil changes for life" through them. They offer a multi-point inspection when you bring it to them, but they don't fill it out correctly. I just took my car on March 24th, and they wrote on my sheet my front tires are 7/32, way above the legal limit. I just took my car to a repair shop, and you can literally see the steel threads in my tire coming out. When you make an "appointment" at Transitowne Hyundai, that appointment really only applies to you. Every time I've been here, I end up sitting in the waiting room for 1 or 2 hours before they even start to look at my car. I'm going to just start taking my car to the local mechanic where they actually value my time, and I recommend others do the same.
