I went into the office for a routine check on my implant in progress. Dr. Z said everything looked good and he began to outline what I needed to have done at my next appointment. I then asked “can we go ahead and do it now.” Dr. Z said sure and they adjusted their schedule and completed the remaining prep for my implant. Talk about great customer service.
Have been a customer for decades. Last PM my crown became detached. VM'd Transforming Smiles' office in the evening. They were able to accommodate me by 10:40A the next morning. I was completely whole again by 11:15A! This is such a professional group of individuals from the dentist to hygienist to office staff. I've NEVER had a billing issue. If you're looking for a trustworthy, delightful, professional private dental practice, look no further. You've reached your destination. I love these folks!
Dr. Zafani….T and the entire staff is great. Everyone is like family from front desk to back. In almost 20 years, I have never been to another dentist in GA after relocating from Illinois.
Going to the dentist is never fun or anything I ever look forward to except when coming to this office. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
