My son Dana has been attending Transforming Kids since he was one. Karen took over as Dana’s OT when he was two and has been with him right up until this year when he started Kindy. Thanks for all your support and effort over the last few years. Dana’s favourite thing each week was always seeing Karen. School is going so well and we couldn’t be happier.
Excellent service provided by all staff at the centre. We have utilised this service for 13 years and credit all involved in my children therapies with their positive, caring can do attitudes. Excellent knowledge of NDIS and helping me with all aspects of it. Friendly reception staff who are transparent with all information regarding appointments,costs and fees. Highly recommended!
My son has been attending TK for more than 9 years and we are so happy with his progress. He has improved so much from being a shy boy to a very confident high school student. I am very grateful to Bridie and her team. He would not be the person he is today without their help and support. The girls at the reception desk are fantastic and always make you feel welcome.
My son attends session with Ann and we find it very helpful. My son enjoys the session and we can see how happy he is to go see her. Ann keeps him engaged throughout the session of 45 minutes. Reception staffs are great as well. They always helps us in rescheduling of sessions rather than just cancelling them and charging for late cancellation. They have been great help since we fist reached out to them for vacancy.
The whole Transforming Kids team is incredible. Liz and Bridie and the reception team are so knowledgeable about NDIS, it’s so helpful and reassuring to know we are truly being looked after and cared about when I have questions. I’m always given the time of day, and everything is explained to me gently. They do their best to make sure my son gets as much help as they can possibly give him.
