Ask for Cristy – I've been going to Transformations for a few years and absolutely love it. I always see Cristy (she's the owner) and have always left happy (and beautiful!). The atmosphere is really fun and upbeat and it's nice to have a glass of wine while you're there. The thing I love about Cristy, aside from her bubbly enthusiasm and loud laugh, is she really has a talent for transforming her clients. Best haircut EVER!!!! – I recently got my hair cut by Deeane. It is the BEST haircut I have EVER had. She listened to EXACTLY what I wanted & did it. I loved the fact that she was on time, we got to have a beer and one of the best things was the salon had a kids room for my 13month old to play in. Everyone working there was so awesome. Amazing! – I called this morning for a haircut and Marina was able to get me in right away. It had been over a year and a half since my last cut due to bad experiences back home. I was nervous about going to a new place, but she put all my fears to rest. The vibe inside was light and fun. Marina herself was an absolute sweetheart who really listened to what I wanted, but still gave it that creative touch that I am always looking for. Great Salon – I woke up yesterday morning needing a change with my hair. I decided to try this little salon I walk past on Woodstock~ it stuck in my mind because every time I walk by I hear friendly chatting and laughing coming from within. They were able to get me into a chair (as a walk-in) with only a short wait. Marina was my stylist, very personable and charming. Marina Rocks!! – I have been lucky enough to have my hair cut by Marina before she came to Transformations, and you might say I am her most loyal fan. I moved to New York, and I still come to Portland so Marina can do my do!! She is the BEST!! I love the atmosphere in Transformations, and it's a pleasure all the way around to have my hair done there. All the ladies are very friendly, and the shop is so fun! If you want to look great, this is the place to go!
My Marina! – Ask for the fabulous Marina for an all around fabulous experience! The customer service she provides is phenomenal! She "Sassifies" me with great cuts and color, and her lively witty humor is addicting! I have always had a hard time being faithful, always searching for comfort...until I met Marina. Loyal to Marina, because she is the best – If you do not have a stylist already, may I recommend Marina; she has been doing my hair for over 4 years ( I have trusted her on all my special days - wedding and baby shower and have never received so many compliments) You can sit in her chair and receive a great cut, color and style while you laugh so hard you almost wet your pants. Deanne rocks! – I just got my hair done last night. It was dark, thick, down to my waist with some grays. I am extremely picky since I've been cutting and coloring my hair for over 20 years. Deanne was awesome! I had a consultation and we went over different options. She did exactly what I wanted. She applied highlights, a base color and gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Great customer service for your hair – I am pleased to review Jessica Cook as a fabulous hairdresser. She has a lot of style (not to mention a good hairstyle herself, which is relieving as a customer), but she is very accomodating to her clients' styles no matter how much they may differ from her own. She is interested in her client finding a cut or color that they love. She is talented and she can make it happen.
