I highly recommend this practice. The office is warm and welcoming, and the ambiance in the providers' rooms are calming and relaxing. I've been coming to Transformation Health Services for many years and have been completely happy with Pascal and Kenesha Reece.

Overall, I had a great experience at this office. It's clear that they prioritize cleanliness and patient comfort (it was the best smelling office I’ve been to), and the staff and doctor were both helpful and professional. While there were a few minor issues, as is to be expected with any office, I would definitely recommend this practice to others.

I’ve been going here for I believe two and a half years or so, and by far Kanisha has been one of the best psychiatrists I’ve ever been to in my almost 32 years of life. She listens & does her job amazingly. I used to hate going to the psych doctors, and now I genuinely enjoy getting to talk to her & the other staff at THS - Thank you! -Nikki M
If I could give zero stars I would. I have had issues with the office of Pascal since seeing them for 4 years. They are inconsistent, never do as they say they will, never fill your medicine when you call or email a day or 2 before. Then when you take you drug screen they tell you you didn't take it knowing damn well you did. So when you tell them you're going to file a medical complaint they decide to send a letter stating they will no longer see you.
