Transcity is a horrible company. NEVER EVER Do business with them. We gave them a 950 deposit and they gave us back 55 dollars. We moved out and they said we broke our lease. But the house went into foreclosure. We still paid them for the ever month and never broke the lease. We left no trash and cleaned the house spotless and they charged us for general cleaning 300.00 and lawn clean up and hauling 460.00! And when we scheduled a day to return the keys the lady wouldnt wait for us to show up, so we had to mail the keys and ... read more
Transcity property management is not a good company. We are renters and we suffered a huge inconvenience during the summre months of 13 days without air conditioning. The communication between transcity and us and the owner took 2 entire months to get back to us about our requests of compensated expenses and all were denied. We suffered financial loss, and uninhabitable conditions for nearly 2 weeks and no alternative stay, or solutions were offered. They also suffer from major attiude problems. I have been assisted by Charlie and his team almost ten years. I find some of the earlier reviews hard to believe. I have had excellent help with all of the day to day problems that will occur, and would not consider anyone else to take care of my property.
