I just started renting with Transcity a couple months ago. I have had very limited experience with them until this point. When we signed our lease, I asked the leasing agent if our rent really had to be in the office by 1pm (as stated in the lease) he replied that as long as it was there before opening the following day it would be considered on-time. It seems that there are lots of bad reviews for this company, but that makes sense because a lot of people do not pay their rent on time, or read, much less follow, their lease. I have been a tenant with transcity for three years now and I am confidant in saying that if you pay your rent on time and follow your lease you will find no fault with this company, their service, or their staff.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Very unprofessional. Horrible rental experience. I should have listen to everyone elses reviews on other sites as well as this one, but I gave them a chance. Huge mistake. You are better off renting with another company or directly with a home owner. They will take forever just to get a maintenance issue addressed and in a heartbeat will nickel and dime you. This is where you are going to live, so live at peace away from this property management.
I have dealt with Transcity for many years. Their office staff is amazing. They take care of any issues, large or small, in a very professional , thorough manner. Mr. Brown is a man of integrity. I highly recommend this company!!
I am with most of the people on this review board. Stay away! It is like you are dealing with robots not actual people. They are cold and rude. Read their replies back to the other reviews and you will see. Never trying to find a solution to what went wrong, instead pointing the finger back to the tenant or the homeowner. They take no responsibility, just in it to make their buck. They do not care about developing a good rapport nor relationship. So take your business to someone who cares and is in your best interest. I have had a halfway decent experience with this company. The only problem that I have had is when I went to put my house on the market, this company charged the repair & cleaning fees to the owner of the property and not to the renters who were in it. I wont use them again.
