The Universe led me here 6 months to the day before I lost my youngest son. TM saved me. I am eternally grateful for Angels Ondine and Kent (and David). This should become part of everyone's day.
I have taught TM since 1970 in many settings and perhaps the simplest affirmation I have heard about its benefits is from a 10 year-old child who when I asked him how he felt after his first TM practice, he said the tress are prettier.
This process is life changing! My life is hectic as most people's lives are, but TM definitely takes the edge off. My reactions to things & people are much calmer since I've been meditating. My thoughts are clear & even physically, I have noticed a difference. I totally recommend TM & Ondine & Ken are great!
