best local salon in los feliz – I've been going to Kristine since I arrived back in LA from NY almost 3 years ago. I had a great hairstylist and was concerned about finding someone new. I couldn't believe I was so lucky to find something right next door to where I worked and lived. Kristine does a stylish cut not too trendy but one that is complimenting to my features and grows out nicely. Most Trustworthy, Friendly, and competent Salon – Bob Geevar is an absolute artist when it comes to hair styles, and has taken the time to employ some of the friendliest, helpful staff in Los Angeles. He is extremely knowledgeable, and not just in hair. We've have lengthy discussions in areas such as politics, psychology, finance, and the entertainment industry. I LOVE Transcend! – I have been going to Transcend for a few years now and it is BY FAR the best salon I've been to in LA. Masood knows exactly what to do with my hair and he takes his time doing it. You can really tell that he cares about his work. Basically, he's awesome. I've sent all of my close friends to him and they have all been super happy with him. Also, Bob is hilarious and makes the salon a fun and friendly place. I can't recommend Transcend enough. :)

The Best Of The Best – I have to say that in my life, I have been to the so-called "best of the best" of Salons, Cristophe and his best colorist, Francois, Umberto, Etc., and the real "best of the best" is Bob. He is a master colorist, the work that he has done on me, and especially my wife, is beyond comparison. When you match that with the most hip and unbelievable cuts, you have the perfect match. Transcend where hair is an art – I am Alek Adorian. As a celebrity clothing designer I often travel to Europe. For years I had my hair cuts only in London. Then I met Bob Geevar, stylist and owner of Transcend Salon. Bob clearly knows hair design which makes me feel like I have visited a London salon. The cut and design are art. I have never had better. Color can be subtle or dramatic as customers wish. For relaxation I sometimes enjoy a facial as well. I promise that you will have a great friendly experience.

Got the royal treatment I deserve ... – I have been coming to Transcend Salon for years, and the service always is warm, friendly, professional and affordable. I usually come in for hair coloring, but an ocassional trim or eyebrow wax have taken place as well. And all their services are excellent. They use top of the line products which they also have available for sale in their beauty supply room. Their supplies are very extensive and flexible in price. masood ,is the best – my hair grows fast and its thick, i need hair cut every 2-3 week, before my late wife used to cut my hair who was great hair stylist,from 2004 t0 2007 I have gone to over 50 salon, paid from $20 to $200,one was too short, other one didn`t even touch my hair but gave me good coffee and charge me $200 , and once got hair cut , as soon as left the salon some one told me KEPASO, AMIGO!!!! still I don`t Know why,,lol. finally I find masood, first time with all stress I had, he was calm and listening to me, f... read more

Incredible haircut! – I hadn't cut my hair since I was five. Bob was wonderfully reassuring and sensitive to my anxiety. Then he gave me a fantastic haircut. I wish I had gone to him years ago.
