We have been paying our monthly dues for over 2 years: we cannot use our balance because it’s less than 3 years, we cannot cancel and take our 3300 because it’s less than 5,000. So either we keep paying until we meet those requirements or we cancel and lose 3300. We’ve been paying monthly for 2 years for nothing. Honestly deserves 0 stars! This company is an absolute scam. Will not let me access any funds in my 401k even when purchasing a house for the first time. I honestly believe they stole the money that I have contributed!! They will hang up on you if they don't like you trying to access your account, after having a lady that sounds like she smokes 5 packs a day laugh at you. Run far away from this scam company!!
