We broke down in our 5th wheel RV on I-81. They sent a tow truck to us within 1/2 hr, helped us back to the shop, helped us work with our RV dealer to get the part, even followed us to a nearby campground to make sure we got there ok while waiting for the part to come in. They got us in for the repair as soon as the part came, and did a skillful, careful job. They were so kind, patient, and helpful. These people are the best. I was warned but did not listen. NEVER USE TRANS TECH FOR ANYTHING!!! Here are the things that I experienced last evening. The driver drove very slow to rack up my bill. We had 2 people follow him there and he was barely registered on the speedometer. My husband drove his little white sports car on these same roads and was going 30. Charged me 4 hours to leave their shop in Broadway, go to Sundance Forest in Mt. They went WAAAY out of their way to save my 97' Saturn yesterday. I've used them for service ever since moving to the Broadeay area, and wouldn't recommend anyone else!!!
Had them tow me about 50 miles to the Volvo truck shop in Harrisonburg. Did a fine job, but some of the personnel either need people skills, tow truck driver was fine but the girl in the office was a total airhead had no clue about distance or even where her business is located.
