One of the worst companies I have dealt with. Unprofessional!!! Prices are ridiculous! Incompetent staff. No idea how they are rated decent on Facebook, look them up on Google. Just Horrible.

So I want to give a shoutout to a shop that’s been working on my Jeep when I couldn’t. Trans Tech in broadway va has great staff and super knowledgeable mechanics. this place was unbelievable I could not believe the great service and job they did on my truck when I was broke down on the side of the road thank you transtech for not taking advantage of us drivers
I have been dispatching for over 10 years out of Bloomfield, CT I had a truck break down in VA - These people went above and beyond of what any repair shop/wrecker service has ever done for me! I would highly recommend them. And they kept me in the loop 100% during the repair - I didn't have to call them once to see what was going on!
My husband and I ended up with a flat tire on I-64 W. in Afton. Trans Tech was the company that our auto insurance roadside assistance sent to rescue us. Boy, am I thankful! Randy Palmer showed up, and he was awesome, in all ways!!! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He is proof that there are still good people in the world!
The effects of the Polar Vortex sidelined me on I-81 today at the Rest Area between Harrisonburg and Staunton. Made a call for road service to a very nice lady and within an hour Gary shows up. An hour later I’m back on the road. 👍👍 & ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you. GWK Transport
