RecommendedWe had an antique truck stuck in our yard and I called and within a half hour or less Randy and J C Martin were on the scene. They understood the importance of taking great care, not to damage the truck. Great job guys. Number 1 in my book.

Trans Tech Auto was so incredible when my mom got into a bad accident on I-81. She was by herself and I was in Florida about 12 hours away, unable to get to her. I felt so helpless but Heather talked to me so calmly and assured me that everything would get taken care of. Randy went above and beyond and got my moms belongings out of the car and brought them to the hospital to her. My mom and I will be forever grateful and we cannot thank them enough for their generosity- especially during this pandemic!

I am so unbelievably grateful for the staff at Trans Tech. My brother and I were 5 hours away from home and 3 hours from our destination. We were a bit panicked when our car broke down on I-64 and our insurance company took hours trying to help us with a tow company. The people in the office were very courteous and accommodating. Trans Tech came to the rescue when traveling and my van died. It sat at a dealership over a week waiting and nothing. I called Trans Tech and they picked up my vehicle, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it! They were courteous, caring, and efficient! If you are looking for repairs or even just a tow, I highly recommend Trans Tech! They made a difficult situation manageable. I could not have been more satusfied!
