Come here if your car is declared totaled, but you don't believe it! After our 2007 Accord was struck and ripped open near the gas flap, the at-fault driver's insurance tried to declare our car a total loss, and offered us very little compensation for it, less than the amount of money we had just put into it, as we expected to keep it for a long time.
