Receiving guy was courteous and attentive but it took 4.5 hours to get unloaded. The factory in TX is just as bad. Now I know why the driver who was supposed to take this load backed out…

First visit ever to this Supply House. Nice atmosphere… Door was open and associates was welcoming and helpful. The step bit I needed was sitting in plain view and it worked great for adding heat strips to a new unit. Cut like butter.
