SAM AND STAFF EXCELLENT... AAAAAAAA +
Changing my review to five stars Trane has changed dramatically since Stephen’s been there! For one I left my wallet with a lot of cash on the counter this morning, Boy am I lucky Stephens there cause he put it in his safety box until I returned. Thankfully, they’re still some good people out there, thanks again buddy! And Not only that, their prices are very competitive. I just picked up a tool kit for mini splits, there price was better then Anywhere else, including the Internet.
If I could give you guys no stars I would. This goes to Trane in general. My customer has a 4 yr old Trane system with a bad X-13 blower. You guys don’t have one anywhere in the country! We are a Carrier dealer and if they don’t have a motor available, they will warranty our a universal. TRANE expect us to buy a universal motor go back to the Job install it wait 12 weeks for the factory motor then go back, reinstall the factory on my dime.
