SAM AND STAFF EXCELLENT... AAAAAAAA +
Changing my review to five stars Trane has changed dramatically since Stephen’s been there! For one I left my wallet with a lot of cash on the counter this morning, Boy am I lucky Stephens there cause he put it in his safety box until I returned. Thankfully, they’re still some good people out there, thanks again buddy! And Not only that, their prices are very competitive. I just picked up a tool kit for mini splits, there price was better then Anywhere else, including the Internet.
If I could give you guys no stars I would. This goes to Trane in general. My customer has a 4 yr old Trane system with a bad X-13 blower. You guys don’t have one anywhere in the country! We are a Carrier dealer and if they don’t have a motor available, they will warranty our a universal. TRANE expect us to buy a universal motor go back to the Job install it wait 12 weeks for the factory motor then go back, reinstall the factory on my dime. The customer has small children, disabled veteran, and You just don’t care this is why... read more
