Absolutely horrible service. Waited over 30 minutes to get a price on 2 limit switches and an igniter for an RTU. This was also at a relatively slower time of year for HVAC. After giving them all the info they needed they sent me a quote 5 minutes later for the wrong parts. Had to wait another 30 minutes on hold. Currently waiting on hold again and figured this was the best use of my time.
I've been calling for about an hour straight just to check availability... is anyone working today?
I am a HVAC contractor in south central Pa. I talked to this company twice on sending me a credit app. but never received a application the first time I talked them and second time I talked them they emailed me the wrong papers. I would like to sell Trane equipment but I guess they don’t want my business. I guess I will look elsewhere for a distributor that is capable of doing business with HVAC contractors.
