Some of the worst customer service of all hvac suppliers in the area maybe just above Carrier. It’s like they are all robots following a script. They’re lucky they have a monopoly and are under a cooperate umbrella or they would definitely be bankrupt by now.
This company really needs to better vet or monitor its drivers. One of their drivers was driving extremely recklessly this morning around 8:30 AM on I-93 heading into Boston. He was going close to 90 mph, tailgating other cars, and I saw him almost cause two accidents within just five minutes. This kind of behavior is dangerous and gives the company a very bad reputation.
