Fast efficient professional
The robot that answers the phone puts you on hold and after a few minutes it hangs up I'm sick of waisting time on these guys I've been ordering parts from team air even though they are more expensive
They used to be alright but dang, the last few months they refuse to answer the phones. No matter the time of day. Once I complained about being on hold for 20 minutes and the guy said "well we all have our phones right here." Okay, well answer them. They only get two stars because if they do answer they're usually still okay. But you gotta be lucky and have em answer. **Edit** changed to one star. Over 40 minutes on hold total is asinine. Trane needs to get their employees some proper help, or proper training, or both.
Horrible customer service can't even answer the phones average wait time is at least 15 minutes and then you get hung up on through their automated system.
