The worst realestate agent I’ve ever dealt with, Tran can’t speak English at all, and he doesn't know what he is talking about. Had the cleaners come and clean the property, it was a very old house, we didn’t expect much since there was a lot of marks that wouldn’t come off, And they still tried for 6 hours and cleaned it very well in my eyes. I attended a scheduled inspection for a property at the advertised time and waited for approximately 20 minutes, along with other prospective tenants. After this delay, I was informed that the property had already been leased, making the inspection effectively pointless and a waste of time for everyone present. I had a very disappointing experience with Tran Real Estate, especially with the director, Be Tran. In my opinion, the communication was not clear or professional, and I found the attitude to be arrogant and unhelpful. When dealing with real estate matters, clear communication, transparency, and respectful service are very important. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not meet those expectations.
