I had a very disappointing experience with Tran Real Estate, especially with the director, Be Tran. In my opinion, the communication was not clear or professional, and I found the attitude to be arrogant and unhelpful. When dealing with real estate matters, clear communication, transparency, and respectful service are very important. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not meet those expectations. I was a tenant managed by this agent and had a very stressful experience that ultimately proceeded to VCAT. Shortly after moving in, the property was placed on the market and I was required to accommodate a large number of inspections throughout the tenancy. Many of these were arranged with very short notice, and the frequency and handling of inspections made it difficult to live in the property normally. I was a tenant managed by this agent and the matter proceeded to VCAT. In its order, the Tribunal stated that “Mr Tran’s evidence [was] at times inconsistent and illogical” and that “Mr Tran has filed fabricated documents with the Tribunal.” The Tribunal also found that an email relied upon by the agent “is not an authentic record from Property Me.” In addition, the Tribunal found that requiring tenants to use a nominated cleaning or gardening service is a prohibited term, stating that such terms are “void and unenforceable”... read more

Worst experience of my life, poor communication skills, doesn’t know the law, is extremely rude, baffled how be is even a real estate agent! People like him need to be held accountable. I now suffer CPTSD after all the bs they put me through. MONEY HUNGRY GREEDY UNEDUCATED BULLIES. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!
