So much detail I could go into, but all I’ll say is that she is a poor excuse for a mental health professional. She is absolutely unfit to have a license and borderline monstrous for actively watching her patients suffer while she deliberately ignores them. I am in a crisis, losing work because of my mental state and she admitted to ignoring me for 13 DAYS *edit, 14 days* while I decline (mind you Kaiser’s policy states you must be responded to within 48 hours). She doesn't listen to your concerns or take them seriously at all.
Terrible. She provided me treatment in the past and it was the worst experience. Her treatment was very dismissive, curt, difficult to communicate with. She would often sit across from me with a smirk. When I voiced my discomfort she raised her voice and told me to make a complaint through member services and find another provider. I did.
My husband was treated by this doctor. He has gotten worse, been over medicated, treated so poorly I cannot even believe it. His concerns are dismissed, he’s belittled, and left without answers or hope on further treatment. His mental well being has gotten BETTER once he stopped seeing this doctor. Please beware.
