Dr Norlie is a very skilled and caring doctor, and he has made a point of surrounding himself with a staff that is very professional, friendly and genuinely committed to the ideal that the patient always comes first!

Our family has been seeing Dr. Nordlie for around 10 years now. I have been served by medical/dental practices where you like the doc but not the staff or vice versa. Not here! Doctor Nordlie is amazing! Skilled, gentle, kind, always concerned for his patient's overall health, including financial! You not only become friends there, the staff treat each other as best friends which makes for the most peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere! Our children were never afraid to see Doc when they were little, either! Thanks All!

I have been fortunate to be treated by good dentists in various locales where I have lived. However Dr Nordlie and his team are exceptional. They are very thorough, conscientious and hold themselves to the highest standards of excellence. I was treated more like a valued friend than a new client. Imagine looking forward to dental visits! My wife and two sons have been going to Dr. Nordlie's (Doc's)office since we moved to Federal Way in 1995. We love everything about the office. Doc is great (skilled and compassionate), the assistants and hygienists are professional and friendly and the front office folks are organized and patient focused. The entire staff work together like a well oiled machine that is geared to making each patient's visit as positive of an experience as possible. I use to be so frightened to go the Dentist ever since I was little. Then several years ago my friend recommended Nordlies Family Dentistry. For the last several years I have been going to see Dr.Nordlie and his staff and never have been nervous since. They are so gentle, yet thorough and are perfectionist! Now, my husband goes there too! What a place! You know the "drill!" Well it sure isn't here. Dr. N knows all the right things to do and not to do! Been to many dentists and Dr. N is 1st chair! The office staff and others are top notch! Recommend: YES!
