They were all very professional and yet personable, the service was fantastic, and they made me feel right at home.
I have been going to Dr. Nordlie's office for many years. We always receive great service! Tracy does a great job on keeping us comfortable during our treatments!
Having a crown replaced is not the most comfortable experience but with Dr. Mark and his team it was painless and quick. I was most pleased with the experience.
My family and I have been patients of Dr. Nordlie for more than 25 years....we trust his team to provide the best dental care possible....while also making each visit a friendly and enjoyable experience. Even though we moved away from Federal Way 6 years ago....we still travel back for our dental care because we trust Dr. Nordlie so much.
Dr. Nordlie is the best and his staff are great! There are plenty of dentists closer to my home but I drive an hour just to see him. That is how great they are!

Are you like me and take you Dentist and Staff for granted??? Some may not no that Dr Nordlie has been pull in every direction this week, yet has some how some way been able to take care of all of us without complaint! Always a great experience going to Dr Nordlie. I've been going to him for over 20 years. Though I live in Gig Harbor, I still continue to drive to Federal Way since there are no other that is comparable. Dr Nordlie is a perfectionist and one of the nicest person I've ever met. His staff is equally as nice and pleasant. You can tell it's a great operation by how dedicated his workers are and the length of time they've been working there.
