Yesterday was my first time at Tramps and I immediately felt more comfortable and at home than I ever did at my old salon. While I was waiting Nancy,who is a total doll,took me on a tour of the whole salon. She explained each service and what each one entailed..she answered any and ALL of my questions with kindness and patience and made sure that I was comfortable..when I went back I was greeted by Cody,who is so sweet and always makes you feel amazing.
