Not Happy here at all. I get that people are busy..but when you have a job to do, do it. These people do NOT do their jobs at all. Half the time, they're not even in their office and when they are there, they never answer phone calls, never respond to messages, and never fix anything in a timely manner. They are very understaffed, which needs to be addressed. Waiting 2 weeks for someone to fix the A/C, locks, and your broken toilet seat (no joke), is NOT okay. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. When I first moved in there were tons of broken appliances, roaches, and other screwed up stuff. It took multiple work orders, phone calls, voicemail's, emails, ect. to get them to do anything at all. Meghan is the apt manager and is very rude and unhelpful. She doesn't seem to like her job and she seems to get irritated when we call for a work order. The drive way is really messed up with pot holes that people mess up their cars all the time. Horrible apartment buildings, management, maintenance, and everything else in between! When we first moved in there were so many things messed up! ROACHES, Broken garbage disposal, leaky faucets, broken dishwasher filled w/standing water and tons of bugs, lights out, horrible paint jobs, broken closet door that broke my toe when it fell on me in the middle of the night, ect. I know most reviews on here are from a couple years ago, so I want to put in my 2 cents updated. The only reason I didn't label this 5 stars is because the walls are abnormally thin. I can hear my neighbors fighting all the time and I always know what they're fighting about and what they're saying. But these apartments are like 40 years old, so that's just a structure problem. The staff does very little to make the apartments ready for the next tenant. Trash is always laying on the ground, public drinking the the parking lot, unsafe enviroment. Management doesn't care about safety issues.
Everything was all nice and fine UNTILL you move in. everything in the reviw below me is right on par. i do not understand how they think they are doing a good job, the staff is RUDE and they just flat out dont care. they do not care about break in's, they do not care about your safety, and will not care about fixing anything. They flat out told me that mid to upper 80's was all they could get my AC system to do, and thats going to have to be ok. This apartment is dirty and ghetto looking establishment. The manager have no management skills and are rude and abnoxious.
This property has several serious problems. I have lived at Tramor at the Hills for years. It was good for at first but then I noticed problems. Examples of issues: The big pool was close for a months because some of our tenants had a party and took their drinking and smoking to the pool. They started a fire at the pool. The weekend parties have been a problem for a while. The drunks love the pool at night. Well, they drink at the pool day or night.
