I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about him making a mistake or forgetting something. He also have a great online presence in multiple directories. My child absolutely loves Yogesh Trakru, MD. He's so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Does this pediatrician use current and safe equipment? Yes

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes
