I started working with Susan Finley after a compression fracture. I was very weak and my goal was to lift 15 lbs so I could play with my new grandson. That was almost 13 years ago! Susan is good at correcting my posture and stance as I do these exercises. I have never been injured. I have so enjoyed getting stronger and more confident in my body. The community there is very supportive and we have a lot of fun as we encourage each other. I can’t imagine not having Trainsmarter as my place to go. I love my Trainsmarter family.
I have worked out at Trainsmarter for too many years to count. The superpower I get from this workout is strength training. Each week, with a different circuit, I get strong bones, balance, flexibility, power moves, muscle building, and body strength. Plus a community of fun people to work out with. I highly recommend Trainsmarter for all who want to stay healthy and grow older gracefully!
TrainSmarter has shown me the way to live in to my full potential and reach goals I did not think were possible. Susan’s steady and firm encouragement have helped me grow stronger and set new milestones. I am excited to see what I am able to do with continued support and coaching that are unique to the TrainSmarter community!
My favorite gym of all time. The trainers are all amazing and to me the gym is very low key and low pressure. Trainsmarter staff truly are invested in helping each person that walks thru their doors in a completely individualized method.
