I have been training with Train Smarter for over two years now. I have had the opportunity to work out with several of their staff over the years, most recently with Cody. I have found all trainers to be extremely knowledgable and aware of my personal needs. The goal is to live life without limits. Progress can be measured both by increased strength and objectively by the In Body Scan. I highly recommend Train Smarter.
About a year ago, my wife and I felt we needed to be in better shape. A career spent at a desk will do that to you.
