I've been going here for awhile. Had a lot of issues to work on. When I say I have the best case manager and best therapist I mean it. Ruthann and Andrea have done so much when I thought their was nothing left in my life they proved their was.
The therapist Andrea just quit being my therapist when I went into freeze mode. Never addressed it. Never had a conversation with me about why. Never provided closure. Wanted to make a plan and I was super excited to do that but just wanted to finish my dbt home work first. She wanted to make a plan first and never even asked how I felt about it. I love going to my case manager and my doctor there, they are so helpful and wonderful

I've been a client for about a decade. Compared to GHS on 5th Street in Flint TTI is top tier! People who truly want you to be healthy, happy and whole. While I have had a few issues with different case managers it doesn't make me as angry as GHS did. GHS would schedule my appointment for 9 but I wouldn't actually be seen for a few hours. Never the same person twice. I work with Tammy Fletcher NP now @ TTI and she's very compassionate and was extremely tolerant of my medication phobia.
