I love going to my case manager and my doctor there, they are so helpful and wonderful
I've been going here for awhile. Had a lot of issues to work on. When I say I have the best case manager and best therapist I mean it. Ruthann and Andrea have done so much when I thought their was nothing left in my life the proved their was.
I've been a client for about a decade. Compared to GHS on 5th Street in Flint TTI is top tier! People who truly want you to be healthy, happy and whole. While I have had a few issues with different case managers it doesn't make me as angry as GHS did. GHS would schedule my appointment for 9 but I wouldn't actually be seen for a few hours. I honestly didn’t even want to leave 1 star but 🤷🏼♀️. My casemanager gave off vibes that she didn’t give a shit. Went to 2 appointments with her and she started canceling appointments, we would reschedule and she would also cancel the rescheduled appointment. I went over a month without seeing my casemanager so I called to see if we could schedule something and she said she was “completely booked” she made no attempts to reschedule with me when she was the one who cancelled on me. I’m dire need of counseling yet told there aren’t any available, but I am welcome to get it from an outside company….seeing a case manager yet there’s never any resources they have and talk about zero but my goals with they don’t help to accomplish or work on I’ve had the same goals every year. They do zero for my mental health. Leaving as soon as I find another place…..useless……
