RecommendedIt is always a nice, comfortable setting and they meet almost all training needs.
The Training is good but the customer service is abysmal. You can't reach a human by phone and the physical location in Woodland Hills is often closed during normal operating hours. This is the second time that a REQUIRED textbook that I paid for IN ADVANCE is not available ahead of the class. Not a big deal for BLS, but one really needs to be able to review the study materials/current AHA manual in preparation for ACLS and PALS! Excellent class today ! Victor was an amazing teacher! The time flew by and did not lag at all. I have been through 4 CPR classes now, and this class by far has been the best class I have attended! The entire staff was great as well and made the entire process a great one ! Thanks to all !
I've been taking my BLS course every 2 years for a decade with Training Solutions and each time they exceed my expectations with quality and efficiency. The instructors are great and the each person has their own adult and infant mannequins. I see no reason to go anywhere else.
