Suzanne is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She did an excellent job repairing my eyeglasses and also recommended a great local place for an eye exam. I'll definitely be using Optical Artisans for my future eyewear needs and will happily recommend them to my friends and family.
Suzanne at Optical Artisans was absolutely wonderful. I stopped in after losing a screw from my glasses, and she fixed them on the spot, tightened everything up, and wouldn’t even let me pay. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. If you need anything for your eyewear, I highly recommend stopping by Optical Artisans and asking for Suzanne!
This is a gem of a local business. Suzanne has a great eye for eyewear (pun intended). I recently stopped in with a pair of glasses I got here probably 15 years ago that were very bent out of shape and she fixed them! Good as new! Thanks Suzanne!
Suzanne is the best optician I have ever seen. My wife and I travel all the way from Canada to purchase our glasses from her. The selection is amazing and of the highest quality and after service is outstanding. I highly recommend Optical Artisans.
