Our onsite staff is the best in the industry at taking care of our current and future residents. They work very hard to make sure you feel at home on this lovely 8 acre property that is nestled in the "woods" of north Houston. Recommendedthe old managers were super nonchalant about EVERYTHING. The new management, and what they have been doing with the complex is amazing. They're prompt with maintenance calls, and the revamps they have done are spectacular

New management sure makes complex look all nice. My friend lives there still drug problems nothing she has reported has been fixed. Water pressure is almost nothing. Been asking for weeks to fix toilet can't even flush a nunber 2 and we in covid19 I feel so sorry for her she a healthcare worker. For what she pays she should have essentials fixed. DON'T MOVE HERE. You can polish a piece of crap bit still it's crap.

Things have changed for the good. Our new management team works a lot better there before. I love the app that we use to communicate with our maintenance. Maybe this change won't be so bad after all.

unsafe complex. so much drug traffic. little baggies lying around the parking lot, my mother actually found a bag with stuff still in it and small crack pipe under the stairs. place should be shut down for being unsafe to the elementary school right next to. Also there was always a problem with the pool gates being left open, and a 2 year old boy LOST HIS LIFE because of it. Sad sad complex.
