You ride bikes, so you gotta have a place that takes great care of them right? I can say that TrailWerks is that place. What takes them to five stars is their commitment to the local community. Supporting them is supporting cycling in your community!
Bought my first road bike here. (I know road bike, they have those too.) Just completed my first 100 mile ride on it. The crew there is terrific about helping me make the essential upgrades to keep up with my skill level and keep me interested in the sport. Repairs are while you wait. The suggestions are straight forward and non pressured. Give them a visit. Great shop. Buy a new one, have an old one repaired. Get out and ride!
These guys are funny - go to them and ask them if something funny can be done with your suspension - and they will say 'this is stupid' and then they do it only because they do not have the right tool to do it right - take your money and tell you - "We completed the repair to your liking". In my line of of work we call this petty theft. Stay away:))

These guys are great. They are foremost a mountain bike shop. I took a good size spill and messed up my rear derailleur. I called a different local bike shop and was quoted 11 days on the repair. I called TrailWerks. They suggested that I come in, I did. They fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. They also gave it a once over and made suggestions. It was a no pressure situation.
