New to this whole thing called Mountain Biking, and still a bit intimidated. Went in today to get new wheels and tires installed and to go tubeless. Guys made me feel welcome and comfortable right through the door, did the work while I BRIEFLY waited and got me back out the door. Hands down the best bike shop around. These guys are fantastic to work with in every way. I was shopping for a bike, looked at several with them and ended up getting a better deal, through a friend, at a bike shop in Ohio. These guys agreed to have the bike shipped directly to them and had it fully assembled within 2 hours of the delivery, They went over the shock settings with me and invested the time to make sure that I got the most out of the new bike. I had my DVO Topaz shock rebuilt by these guys and I just wanted to say that my shock came back feeling amazing! Perhaps even more important, to me, was the level of the customer service I received. Via phone and email, I always had quick and detailed responses to my incessant questioning and the turn around time was definitely quick. All in all, this was a very pleasant experience. I highly rate these guys!
