RecommendedTrailwerks is a amazing business! Excellent service, ethics, and a extremely knowledgeable staff. Buying a high-end mountain bike and taking it to a shop that does not specialize in mountain bikes and mountain suspension makes the investment pointless. It would be like buying a Porsche and taking it to jiffy lube. Took care of me and my bike. Great people. Super knowledgeable.
Walked in there with my bike creaking. The main pivot point bearing was toast. They diagnosed the issue and within a day I got my bike back. I was told by a different bike shop that it’s hard to get those bearings. Total bogus Trailwerks had all the bearing. They did an awesome job. Supper happy and will be taking my mtb there from now on.

Wife ordered a bike from them and didn't realize it was a only a seven speed. Specialized websites says they take returns with a restocking fee within 30 days but this store does not. I'm ok with paying the fee but this location won't take the bike back no matter what. Now my wife is stuck with a useless bike.
