Allison is a great therapist in every way! She has great understanding/knowledge from the pharmaceutical/natural medicine side, as well as a great therapist. I highly recommend her services!
I can’t recommend Allison enough. Her “walk and talk” approach to therapy completely changed how I think about therapy and made the process feel more natural. She’s insightful, compassionate, and a straight shooter. Even though I see her less often now, I can always count on her for an emotional “tune-up” and practical tools for managing mental health. If you’re looking for a therapist who offers a fresh, effective approach and genuinely cares, I highly recommend Allison.
I feel as though Allison was very dishonest with me and gave me some very bad advice, in my opinion.
Allison Page at Trailtalk is a wonderful therapist, and has helped me immensely. She is flexible and always willing to schedule a session or even a phone call as I travel quite a bit. She has years of experience, and as a psychiatric nurse who has worked with returning vets for PTSD, depression, anxiety or other conditions, I found that she quickly gave me techniques that really helped me during a difficult and depressing time. I highly recommend her.
TrailTalk and Allison Page as Therapist, Psychiatric Nurse, helped me through a very difficult period of a difficult separation and divorce. She gave me hope, and techniques and recommendations for how to stay even-keeled despite the troubled circumstances of my life at that point. I am doing great now, getting re-married, and there is no way I would have ever been able to continue my demanding exec-level job, stay on track, and move on to a better life without her kind and professional therapy. Highly Recommend !!
