I've been a tenant of Trails Place for over 5 years and would recommend to anyone to check it out as your next place of residence. Kimberly and Mike manage and maintain our property with outstanding care and attention. I hope to be a long time tenant of Trails Place!!
From the time Kimberly and Mike came on board with Trails Place it has been wonderful! Both of these incredibly caring people go above and beyond to help in any circumstance. After the hail storm they both were on top it and continue to help in a very professional manner.
Mike and Kimberly do a great job of keeping the property maintained. It is a first rate place to live, even through the trials with the storm damage.
I have been a tenant at Trails PL for 6 years, and after the storms we had in may Mike and Kimberly were here to address all the problems, late into the night to make sure that everyone was safe and taken care of. Anytime there is a question or problem Mike and Kimberly make it a point to get it handled quickly. I have enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anyone. GREAT JOB MIKE& KIMBERLY
