A complete delight to be here, our manager and the team have welcomed us to the community. The move in was easy and always have a smile when I come to the office. Definitely recommend our community Thank you!
Trails has been a great place to live. Just a short commute to downtown Austin, unless you're driving at peak rush hour.
I lived here for about 5 years and I don’t plan on moving, the office staff is amazing especially Ross, and maintenance is quick at resolving all my work requests. I definitely love the location and recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home!
This is my 4th year living here at trails of Walnut Creek. Overall I’ve been pretty comfortable, the layout of the apartments are great, management, and maintenance are responsive. It is just too expensive. When I moved in we were paying around $1035 for a 2br/2ba and now it is $1675, and that is after I asked for a rent reduction from the previous year which was $75 higher.
