I have been living here 3 years already and i have nothing but good words to say. Rosa and Velma have been taking good care of the property. They have been very helpful and nice all these years. Maintenance takes care of work orders when submitted. Property is kept clean. Location is great. I do not plan on moving anytime soon.
These apartments are probably the worst I’ve lived in, they have bug issues that never go away, even if they come and spray. I’ve lived here for like 9 months and my husbands work van has been broken into 3 times. I spoke to a neighbor while we were moving out yesterday and she told me she’s had 3 cars stolen. Rent is crazy expensive for no reason, they’ve tried to charge me for “not picking up after my dog” when I 100% do every time, but it’s others that don’t. Honestly I don’t recommend this place at all. 0 stars for me.
