This practice is an upseller . They take a routine cleaning and add in uncovered and unnecessary procedures without notifying the primary insured of the procedures or costs. They also took my healthcare payment card without discussing with me the amounts to be charged. I would strongly suggest getting a second opinion on what is discussed with you or your loved ones.

This was my second experience with Trails Dental and I️ really like this place. All state of the art equipment, even fitted me for a crown and had I️t on my tooth in the very same visit. No temporary crown! Dr. Hopkins is great and so is the entire staff.
