Very bad customer service
I tried numerous times to get some upgrades to my trailer and Steve NEVER followed up on my request(s) . He/they build nice trailers but my experience on upgrade requests were met with dead air.
I have had two trailers built here, and they were both built to perfection.
Best customer service in town, he can fix or make anything.
