Buying experience was ok Albert did a great job helping us find what we wanted. They didn’t make sure that everything was in working order before they sold us the NEW RV. Got home and found out that the fridge was not working. Called the service department and they tried to put us off. Finally we were told to bring it in ASAP and they would get it fixed. We bought a Grand Design Imagine in April 2018 and love it!! We were introduced to Joshua Moore, who that afternoon, dedicated his time and efforts to us 100%. The entire buying process was amazing. Thanks so much for the great experience!!
