I had a great experience here for installation of a trailer hitch. From start to finish, they were kind, professional, and extremely informative. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident before leaving. The installation was completed efficiently, and their customer service really stood out. I highly recommend them to anyone needing hitch installation or other services!

Just keep doing the excellent work you doing. 👌 I was very surprised that it only took 40 minutes for them to install the hitch. Jacob and Tray did an excellent job. I am going to post on my social media that if anyone needs a hitch installed to see those two team members help.
The gentleman who helped me with friendly and courteous throughout our interactions. Walked me through what he was doing and afterwards showed me everything that he did.
I was there to have a hitch installed. Friendly staff, great prices and clean location. I had to wait because I drove 30 minutes to this location. That being said, my two options were to walk up the street to a fast food restaurant or wait outside. No waiting area or chairs were provided. Next time I will go to a location closer to home and pay more.
