Great staff, extremely quick job.
Just keep doing the excellent work you doing. 👌 I was very surprised that it only took 40 minutes for them to install the hitch. Jacob and Tray did an excellent job. I am going to post on my social media that if anyone needs a hitch installed to see those two team members help.
The gentleman who helped me with friendly and courteous throughout our interactions. Walked me through what he was doing and afterwards showed me everything that he did.
I was there to have a hitch installed. Friendly staff, great prices and clean location. I had to wait because I drove 30 minutes to this location. That being said, my two options were to walk up the street to a fast food restaurant or wait outside. No waiting area or chairs were provided. Next time I will go to a location closer to home and pay more.
Friday August 11, 2023 GM Tray Neal provided me stellar service. On the way out of town my personal camper trailer lights failed and I dropped in without an appointment. Tray himself went out in the 105 degree heat and troubleshot my wiring. He identified the issue and had parts in stock to replace the failed controller in my car. This was a great experience!
