Original hitch ordered was about $300. The final hitch was over $600.
Nothing. Technician called me to reschedule my appointment after I waited a month for this date to become available. Then after rescheduling , they failed to received the parts for my second appointment. Wasted my time driving to the location only to find out the technician wouldn’t install at the scheduled time cuz he has to leave again. Store was working around my scheduled appointments. Worst customer service I will have to get my hitch installed elsewhere cuz I had to cancel my reservation after I had paid in full! Weeks... read more
