this process is absurd. Uhaul ordered wrong hitch. they didn't realize it. They thought the one that wouldnt fit was just bent, so they were trying to unbend it. they couldnt get that to work, so they had to order another hitch. I had to bring car back in 2 days. they ordered wrong one again. They had incorrect year of my vehicle. I told the manager on day 1 that they had my veh year wrong on the appointment reminder. Scheduling the appointment was easy. We were able to drop off our car and pick it up promptly when the car was ready.

Jaquan is a really nice guy but they were unable to complete the process of installing wiring that functions properly. Gave me a discount but I would rather have the job completed.
