Not a pleasant experience trying to get a hitch installed. It never happened. I dropped my truck off the night before. I had to wait in a line for 30 minutes. It was a 1 hour drive from my house. They had no confirmation of my drop off. Said computers were down. I left me key trusting Brittney. I never received a call next day or email or text on status. Called three times.
