when I went to my schedule appointment. My appointment was for 2pm and I arrived at 1:20pm. When I was asked what service I needed the person who is in charge to install the hitch got very upset and started screaming obscenities when he was informed by the front desk that he was supposed to install another hitch. He was so mad i honestly wanted to leave. The front agent had to calm him down and apologize to me for his outburst. It took about 2 hours for the hitch to be installed.
