Only that after a lengthy discussion they did install the hitch. The manager argued that our scheduled installation reservation was not valid. The reservation was made through the U -Haul toll free number named JP. the store manager mentioned that whom ever I talked to from the toll free number had no control over the scheduling. The manager then said that instead of the scheduled scheduled installation was for 1:00pm, it was 9:30am.
