The installation was done in absolutely inaccurate way. Some of the plastic covers in trunk were scratched, some pieces were not mounted properly back some are not fixing back firm
Worst experience ever will never return. Management is horrible it starts with Shaquille. Other staff members, especially a lady Spanish descent, extremely rude and unprofessional. I spent over $450 at this location and they couldn’t get it right I had to go to two other U-Haul‘s. The lack of customer service is evident and I suggest more training to staff and management on how to handle and communicate difficult situations
Technician seemed very knowledgeable.
