I’m a resident at Trailside Village and came into the office yesterday for help with some rent issues. Even though the office was really busy with a lot of people in there, the staff still took the time to help me and made sure everything was handled. I was very happy with my experience. When the lady with the pink keyboard asked me if I wouldn’t mind leaving a review, I was more than happy to do it because the service truly deserved it. I talked with a Tawnnie Lawson A couple days ago and she helped me with all the information I needed. Her customer experience was very well. She helped walking step-by-step with everything I needed as I struggle with things like that and I believe she deserves five stars.
We've been living here since 2K22, and it's been a great experience, the management team is responsive and professional, maintenance requests are taken care of right away, and premises are always clean and well-kept, the location is convenient for almost all things, and stress-free apartment. I highly recommend it!
