You may read a lot of negative reviews about various things… (rudeness of front staff, Dr complaints…) But let me tell you this. I struggle with healthy challenges which means I am visiting Trafalgar Medical a lot. NEVER ONCE have I had any negative/rude experience on the phone or in person with the front staff. NEVER ONCE have I had a negative experience with my family Dr. Every person I have interacted with (staff, Doctors, Nurses) has been great. I have no complaints about my doctor, but the reception at this clinic is extremely disappointing. Each time I call, I wait 30–45 minutes to get through, and when I finally reach someone, the newer reception staff are rude, dismissive, and often raise their voices instead of listening. The only exception is the long-term receptionist, who is always polite and respectful. Unfortunately, the unprofessional behavior of the newer staff makes every interaction with reception very unpleasant
Made me go cold turkey on all of my medications (3) because I need to have a prescription refilled, and either go in person or pay them a ridiculous amount of money. Will not refill just after booking an appointment, and theres no consistency on when they'll make you pay or not. And of course, the soonest they can see you is in 2 months.
Dr.Prasad is the worst doctor I have ever had in my life. I was forced to get her because mine left the practice. She will make You wait For 1 1/2 hours for a scheduled appointment but cancel if you’re 15 minutes late. She has a chip on her shoulder like she is better than you and it’s awful. She is the example of why our system sucks. All the front reception staff is rude. Never left the place thinking I was treated nicely, and WE all pay for this. DO not wasted your time here.
I've had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Zamora for over 30 years. She is without a doubt the best doctor anyone could ask for. She listens, is empathetic and has always dealt with all of my health issues in a professional and kind manner. The staff are just as amazing! Thank you to all of you
